Huang Shan Mao Feng is one of the ten best green teas in China, a real must-have! Its name refers to the place where it is produced, the Yellow Mountains, and the fineness of its plucking, known as "Mao Feng". The reputation of Huang Shan Mao Feng is also based on the fineness of its plucking and manufacturing: only the bud and the first leaf are picked, and are rolled by hand to obtain this unique shape reminiscent of a sparrow's tongue, with a light green and golden color.
