Tapioca Pearls for Bubble Tea

Description

Bag containing 250g of Tapioca pearls.

250g of dry pearls make about 400g of cooked pearls, enough to make 8 to 10 Bubble Teas.

Preparation tips (for 3 Bubble Teas):

Syrup

n

Mix energetically 2 tablespoons of brown sugar, 2 tablespoons of honey and 150ml of boiling water. Set aside.

Tapioca Pearls

n

Boil 600ml of water, add 100g of Tapioca pearls and boil for 30mn. Let cool 30mn in the cooking water. Rinse the tapioca pearls in a colander with cold water. Add the syrup and mix. Serve 2 to 3 tablespoons of pearls in each glass.
