Description

The traditional Christmas tea recipe on a Rooibos base (without theine) for the whole family all day and evening! A real infusion for the holidays!

 

 

CHRISTMAS ROOIBOS JELLY RECIPE

 

Ingredients for 2 jars:

 

 

    • 300 ml water

 

    • 70 g sugar

 

    • 1 tablespoon of honey

 

    • 1 g agar-agar

 

    • 1 large tablespoon of Christmas Rooibos

 

 

Pour the water into a saucepan, add the agar-agar and mix quickly with a whisk.
Heat over medium heat and add all remaining ingredients.
Turn off the heat as soon as it starts to boil, strain immediately and pour into your jars.
Let cool before putting in the fridge for at least 3 hours, the time it takes for the agar-agar to set to give the jelly.
