Thé Noir de la province du Yunnan. Les bourgeons sont roulées à la main pour optimiser la conservation et donner la fameuse forme « escargots » des petites boules dorées. Les saveurs ont des notes grillées de seigle et des notes cacaotées et de mélasse. Cela en fait un merveilleux thé du matin avec une liqueur ambrée et qui laisse de jolies notes sucrées en bouche.
