Voici un sencha remarquable produit à petite échelle et récolté à la main dans la région de Uji (près de Kyoto). Le Okumidori est un cultivar offrant une récolte tardive et qui possède une belle fraîcheur aromatique. Équilibrée et savoureuse, sans astringence, son infusion est beurrée. La liqueur est rafraîchissante et offre des notes végétales et fruitées. Un bon thé du quotidien !
